Sunday was a good day. We enjoyed a worship service at the Central Baptist Church of Zaparozhye. I did not understand much as the sermon was in Ukrainian and my translator / cousin does not know it! We have great times walking around the city with Martha. Sometimes the simple things can make lasting memories. Watching Viktor spinning the carts around the Comfy Supermarket will be ones that I will cherish for years to come!
Martha leaving was very hard for Tanya. They had bonded a lot and this was another “loss” for Tanya. Natasha encouraged her a lot (prayers) and she is doing better this morning.
Dad was supposed to arrive Sunday night, instead it was Monday morning at 8am local. It is so good to have him here. I am thankful that he came! On his 40th anniversary and Father’s day no less! Tanya & Viktor prayed for their dedushka to arrive safely! It was so cute!
We REALLY miss mama and Anna. Sure, not having our chef here is hard, but mostly we miss there presence. Hopefully just about 2 more weeks to go until we are all united!
